In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." --Thomas Jefferson: Draft Kentucky Resolutions

Have fun!!
Have a great time!!
AA, Jennifer,
Thanks for visiting. I'll get some relaxation which with school and soccer approaching is needed.
You're in CALIFORNIA? So near and yet so far :-(
I hope you're having a wonderful time!
Have a great vacation!
Just don't get lost in California...now sure if the would appreciate a former Law Enforcer Conservative.
Z,
I'm in Sacramento. I was down your way last year visiting the RR Library. Quite the pilgrimage. Thanks for the visit. I'll be back at it over the weekend.
Brooke,
Peaceful with no real distractions. Can you get a job doing this?
Pat,
I'm like a bad penny, I always return.
Talk to you later.
I want to thank you for your kind comment over at Truth's place. I am very flattered that someone with your intelligence would think my "suggestion" was good. I have a great respect for teachers, I think I mentioned to you once before that my mom is a retired teacher. You also appear to be a teacher that truly cares for our youth and education in general. That is very admirable.
On a lighter note, I hope your vacation was fun and you had a chance to relax before the new school year!
On an unrelated note LAOT, you observed in your last post that the Crowley thing won't stick to President Obama. In this sense, I agree. Obama has alot of Reagan in him in that they both have teflon skin. Very perceptive of you LAOT. Your students are lucky to have you as their teacher.
Have a great trip and a wonderful time, See ya when you get bcak, I'll be waiting for your new posts.

What an insult to Reagan!
PDH,
I have read your posts with interest. I think it is good that we conservatives are able to converse with our ideological opposites with some degree of class. You certainly do that.
Truth,
Always an honor when you visit. Your post was well thought out about the health plan. As usual when we don't agree, we do so with dignity. Good day, sir.
Conservative,
I agree that Reagan is our gold standard. Everything I read about or by him just solidifies my opinion. Thanks for the visit.
