In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." --Thomas Jefferson: Draft Kentucky Resolutions

This missed me. I went into the military in 1971. I wish it had stopped the war. It didn't.
I remember watching John Denver on the Midnight Special about that time Lawman. You will have to find another subject we can exchange about. I like John Denver also. Sorry.
t101, What is the world coming to? When lions lie down with lambs etc. John Denver was cool to listen to. Especially when I was stationed in Denver. Ironic, huh?
Okay! THAT's enough! I miss a Law & Order Post.....stop being such a great teacher to your kids and give us more of your wisdom! (It's ALL about US, you see!!!)
happy weekend!! xxx (thanks for letting me know you're finding that site informative...Mr. Z was pleased to hear that, too)
Not to worry Z...L&O was at our Vietnam Security Police Association mini reunion yesterday (1-31) at the Air Force Museum/Wright Patterson AFB...he gave the fine Memorial at our SP Defender Statue....he is alive and doing well....I'm sure he will be back soon.
I am a retired police officer. In an inexplicable moment of madness I then became a high school history teacher in 2002. As I navigate through daily life I am keenly aware that my generation owes the country an apology for the 1960s. Although I was not an active participant, on behalf of all the burned out hippies that are leading most of our institutions of higher learning, I'm sorry!

I also liked John Denver songs. Did you know he was an Air Force brat? His father, I believe, was a Coronel in the USAF.

I hope all's well with you..xx
