I'M YOUR VEHICLE, BABY

This a cool song by another one-hit wonder. Their sound is obviously very similar to Chicago. In fact, my friends and I thought this was Chicago when it first came out. Good song. Name of the group?

Remember how everybody always said America sounded like Neil Young? I never heard the resemblance myself, but I knew a lot of people who did.

You remember America, right? Horse with No Name.

RWP,
Are you kidding me? I loved America. A Horse With No Name was very popular when I was on Okinawa and in Vietnam. I listened to that song incessantly. I guess we cling to parts of home when we're away. That, of course along with our guns and our religion when we get bitter.

I didn't say I didn't like America, just that I never got the "sounds just like Neil Young" thing.

RWP,
Thanks for the visit.
I didn't think you didn't like America. I guess my vernacular takes on a kiddish tone when I'm around them all day.

TT,
I'll be over to give it a listen. Thanks for the visit.
