St. Michael the Archangel, my patron
Since I was a kid I have loved St. Michael the Archangel. I was attracted to him as a warrior for Christ. I was devoted to that from the time I was a child. I think that attracted most of my friends. We identified with St. Michael and wanted to emulate him. I've tried to do that all my life. My son was named after him and I devoted my life to him.
I tried to be worthy of him and I hope I have.

L&O teach, great to have you blogging again.....Long dry spell...Great post...The prayer was certainly appropriate, with what is happening to the Church today...and the powers that be are so corrupted..And the faith denigrated..I pray the same prayer to God,,,,Not through Michael, that is not my faith..My only intercedent to God is Christ..Stay well.....

Yeah, I've been overwhelmed with soccer and the start of the school year. The season is coming to a close and will give me more free time to blog. St. Michael is big to me. In my religion we have saints to intercede as well as Christ. It's all good.
