In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." --Thomas Jefferson: Draft Kentucky Resolutions

AGE IS RELATIVE
McCain answers the age question. Again I say, when candidates become afraid to speak they become something other than themselves. If candidates were more forthcoming and real they would become more human. Reagan was a master at this. Check this one out and laugh as I did.
I am a retired police officer. In an inexplicable moment of madness I then became a high school history teacher in 2002. As I navigate through daily life I am keenly aware that my generation owes the country an apology for the 1960s. Although I was not an active participant, on behalf of all the burned out hippies that are leading most of our institutions of higher learning, I'm sorry!

He is GROWING on me. I do hope he becomes more "Reagan-like. Not-the-less, he HAS my support and backing.
I agree with texas truth. And do you really think Hillary/Obama would dare call a possible voter "a jerk?"
L&O teach,,,It's not the age its the milage......remember that when you get to be my age. Like Jack Benny, I am 39 and not counting......stay well....
Nice posting, Law and Order Teacher!!
I hope he does succeed in his quest for the White House. I do not agree with all his views, but he is better that the other two.
Age IS relative. IMHO, Reagan was the BEST President we ever had and his age didn't slow him down.
One problem with our society is that age (experience) is not given the proper respect.
Keep up the GREAT posts. Take care.
